This Year’s most awaited Sunny Leone film Mastizaade first look poster is released. The Movie is Directed by Milap Zaveri. Interestingly Mastizaade is an upcoming Bollywood sex comedy film which also stars Tushar Kapoor and Vir Das in the lead roles. Riteish Deshmukh will be seen in a cameo role too.
Sunny Leone will be seen playing the double role in Milap Zaveri’s film Mastizaade as Laila and Lily. The actor took to Twitter to reveal the first look poster.
Earlier, Mastizaade was in trouble as the Censor Board did not pass the film due to its high sexual content. Reportedly, the film had a lot of double meaning dialogues. CBFC was offended with a few dialogues and expressed their displeasure over it. The filmmakers were even asked to cut down several scenes.
After the phenomenal success of Grand Masti (which Milap Zaveri had co-written), Zaveri had begun shooting Mastizaade in 2014. The teaser for the film, released in May this year, garnered more than two lakh hits on YouTube within a few days of its release, but it was taken off the online video site when censor issues came up.
The film was supposed to release in May this year, but now the film is scheduled to release on December 4 2015. The film will also be clashing with Karan Singh Grover, Sharman Joshi and Zareen Khan’s Hate Story 3.
ANOTHER CITY KINARA WAITING TO HAPPEN IN ANDHERI
Civic body silent on complaints of illegal construction, encroachment, and storage of gas cylinders at Bonny Plaza, near Andheri Railway Station, allege shopkeepers.
More than 65 shopkeepers from a complex near Andheri Railway Station have complained to the BMC, the police and the Fire Brigade that hawkers have blocked the building entrance and taken over the parking space.
The shop owners, at Bonny Plaza Shopping Premises Cooperative Society Ltd, said that one of these hawkers included a tea and snacks vendor, who had stored gas cylinders near the meter room, and the area was vulnerable to an accident similar to the one at City Kinara restaurant in Kurla, where a blaze in October last year killed eight people. They further said that an illegal shop has also been constructed on the terrace of the ground-plus-one structure.
“There have been many fires in the city recently caused due to short circuits. Our complex is a disaster waiting to happen. Every day, boxes stuffed with clothes and shoes, all packed in highly inflammable material, are dumped in our compound. There is no check on who enters and exits the premises. We haven’t received any response from the authorities, and we are being threatened by the hawkers,” one of the shop owners said.
He said that the shop owners have a BMC-approved plan that shows that the allotted parking space, which has now been encroached upon. “Despite owning shops in the complex, we pay to park our cars on the roads,” he said.
Another shop owner said that there is no way the fire engines can access the plaza. “God help us if a fire breaks out. These hawkers use electricity and water but refuse to pay for them,” he said.
The shop owners have blamed Yusuf Motiwala, who had bought the rights to the complex from the builder, alleging that the hawkers pay him for encroaching the premises. Motiwala admitted that the hawkers, including the tea vendor, were working for him, but said that the complaint against him was an attempt by a “fabricated society” to usurp the premises.
“The society was derecognised, so the question of my hawkers paying the maintenance does not arise. We are fighting a case against the shop owners in the high court.
“There is no parking space here. There was a corridor that was dismantled a few years ago. Earlier, there was no TDR, now that there is, I am just using up the FSI. We have submitted an application for a fresh layout plan,” he said.
The shop owners admitted that their society had been derecognised, but after they appealed, the deputy registrar had ruled in their favour. In 2008, the firm, Classic Constructions, appealed against the society’s registration before the divisional joint registrar, who ruled that the society had submitted false information to get registered, and sent the matter back to the deputy registrar of K-West Ward for ‘reconsideration and decision on merit’.
In November 2015, the deputy registrar passed an order saying the society be recognised. “No such matter is going on in the high court,” the shop owners said.
An official from BMC’s K-West Ward said that a complaint was received three days ago. “We will inspect the plaza and decide what action can be taken,” the official said.
Wooing investors, West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee today said there is no communal tension in the state, in comments that came barely days after the communal violence in Malda. With the state assembly elections round the corner, the Trinamool Congress chief also assured industry captains that her party will not come in the way of investment in the state, claiming her government will retain power.
“We have already set up a core group for industries. Our elections are coming but don’t worry everything will be sorted out. Democracy will continue. This elected government (TMC government) will come up ( will return),” Banerjee said addressing the third edition of Bengal Global Business Summit here.Claiming that a peaceful atmosphere prevailed in West Bengal, she said it was the most conducive aspect for setting up industries.Only political critics try to portray Bengal as a violent state, she said.”Bengal is a peaceful state where we all work together. There is no such communal incident or tension. Somebody might criticize it politically. We don’t allow all these (communal problems). Because we know that if there is peace everything is settled,” Banerjee said. She also referred to the “peaceful atmosphere” at the Maoist hotbed of Jangalmahal. Her comments came against the backdrop of the communal violence that broke out at Kaliachak in Malda, which had prompted the Union Home Ministry to seek a report from the state government.Banerjee said availability of land won’t be a problem in Bengal as the state government has a land policy and a land bank.”Some people are saying that there has been no investment. It is not true. The projects worth Rs 94,000 crore investment have already taken off. Some of the projects we had signed had already started,” Banerjee said.Union Finance Minister Arun Jaitley, who spoke at the summit, said investors anxiously look forward to an environment to see their investments were yielding results.”If you are not in a position to attract that, then investments will dry up,” he warned.Opposition parties like CPI-M, Congress and BJP had yesterday termed the event as a “drama” and said it will complete the process of de-industrialisation in Bengal.

Goa government on Friday said that the decision to declare Mhadei wildlife sanctuary as a ‘tiger corridor’ would be taken only after receiving proper reports about the presence of wild cats in the region.
“If there are tigers, then the region should be declared as the corridor.
“But right now we have initiated a long-term study about presence of tigers in this area, and we will be able to conclude about presence of wild cats only after we receive the report,” state environment minister Rajendra Arlekar told reporters after launching a website of the forest department.
He said the five-year-long survey has already begun and it will take at least one more year for the department to get report from the institute, which is conducting the study.
Arlekar recalled that the recent wildlife census, which was done using methods like camera-trapping, has shown presence of three tigers in the region.
The environmentalists in the state have been demanding that Mhadei wildlife sanctuary, which is in continuation to Dandeli Tiger Reserve, be declared as a ‘tiger corridor’.
Jodhpur, Jan 8: It seems tainted godman Asaram Bapu will have to spend some more time in jail, as his bail plea was on Friday, Jan 8, rejected by Jodhpur Sessions Court in Rajasthan.
74-year-old Asaram has been lodged in Jodhpur jail since August 2013, in connection with the rape case of a 16-year-old girl.
Asaram has been represented in the court by BJP leader Subramanian Swamy and he cited almost the same grounds for bail as those in last bail hearing.
Earlier, three bail petitions of Asaram were turned down by lower court. Apart from the lower courts, he had twice unsuccessfully approached the High Court and was also denied relief by the Supreme Court.
The fate of the odd-even vehicle scheme will be decided on January 11 by the Delhi High Court which on Friday reserved its order on various pleas challenging the AAP government’s ambitious pilot project which will continue till then.
A bench of Chief Justice G Rohini and Justice Jayant Nath reserved the order after the Delhi government informed it that the pollution level of particulate matter across the national capital showed a declining trend due to the implementation of the scheme which began on January 1.
The AAP government’s response came after the bench had on January 6 questioned the impact of the odd-even operation on pollution and asked it to consider restricting it to a week.

Senior advocate Harish Salve, appearing for the Delhi government, submitted that the capital is piloting its first-ever emergency action to reduce peak pollution levels.
“This is consistent with global best practice. Vehicles that are second highest emitters in the city are responsible for very high exposure and health impacts.
“The first few days of the programme have already demonstrated that peak pollution levels are lower than the normal smog peaks of the season despite the adverse weather conditions,” Salve said.
He said that the scheme is to reduce congestion on the capital’s roads that has further contributed towards lowering of pollution.
“Emissions from vehicles caught in the congestion increase two times due to idling and frequent acceleration and deceleration,” Salve submitted.
He also said, “The Delhi government must be permitted to continue with the odd-even vehicle rationing scheme and if these adverse weather conditions continue, then our recommendation is that the programme should also be beyond 15 days.”

Islamabad, Jan 8: Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif has asked the Intelligence Bureau to probe the leads provided by India on the alleged Pakistani links to the terror attack in
Pathankot, a report said on Friday.Sharif gave the directive to the Intelligence Bureau after chairing a high-level meeting here on Thursday, The Nation newspaper reported.
Among those who attended the meeting were Finance Minister Ishaq Dar, Interior Minister Chaudhry Nisar Ali Khan, Adviser on Foreign Affairs Sartaj Aziz, Special Assistant on Foreign Affairs Tariq Fatemi, National Security Adviser (NSA) Nasser Khan Janjua, Foreign Secretary Aizaz Ahmed Chaudhry and Intelligence Bureau chief Aftab Sultan.’Officials said the prime minister and the aides agreed to launch investigations into the evidence provided by India,’ the report said.Hours earlier, India linked the upcoming foreign secretary-level talks with Pakistan to Islamabad’s action against suspected Pakistani terrorists who raided the Indian Air Force base in Pathankot on January 2.The pre-dawn attack left seven Indian security personnel dead. Security forces killed all six attackers.Sharif and his Indian counterpart Narendra Modi spoke on the telephone after the terror attack. India said it had provided ‘actionable’ inputs to Pakistan, and Sharif assured Modi of ‘prompt and decisive’ action against groups and individuals who might be linked to the attack.
The Nation quoted an official as saying that the leads provided by India were handed over to IB chief Aftab Sultan for further action.
Addressing the meeting, Sharif said Pakistan was ready to boost cooperation with India as part of counter-terrorism efforts.Sharif also directed NSA Nasser Khan Janjua to remain in contact with his Indian counterpart Ajit Doval in a bid to keep renewed dialogue on track.Another official, however, said the information provided by India was ‘not enough’ as it was just limited to telephone numbers.
