The big teasers are back. BBC One just dropped a teaser ofthe Christmas special (or one-off special) on unsuspecting fandom. And the teaser is full of promise. The official Twitter account of Sherlock tweeted a 10-second clip of the upcoming episode. In that clip, we can see Benedict Cumberbatch’s Victorian Sherlock investigating something with a torch.
The teaser then cuts to the title which embedded in the wall and promises more on Wednesday 9 PM GMT (2:30 AM IST). This is the second glimpse that the showrunners have allowed the fandom.
Earlier in the year, Steven Moffat and Mark Gatiss had a jolly time at the San Diego Comic Con when they unveiled the full length trailer for one off special. The trailer showed Sherlock Holmes, John Watson and Mrs Hudson bickering about Watson’s moustache which is a hat-tip to the illustrator of original stories in The Strand magazine.
